Have you ever wondered if your Contact Form always works?
Update May 2024
I now suggest that my clients get a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) and create website forms in that program. There are many different ones. I use Go High Level. That way everyone who fills out your form is added to your email list for future marketing. They can opt out if they would like.
I performed an unintentional experiment with my website about six months ago. I was sent a free trial subscription to vCita, a contact form and scheduling platform. I configured the account and added the widget to my website, which created a pop-up Contact form and added the form to my contact page. I enabled both the Scheduler and Contact Form from within my vCita account.
More Website Inquiries?
I did notice more people emailing me through my website. I find it interesting because my call volume did not go down. People were not emailing instead of calling. I feel these were different people. When the free trial expired, I took it off my site (stupid me) and went on as before. I then noticed that my email volume went down again. Then, I had a client ask why I did not return their email, which I never received.
I decided to pay for the service and again put up the vCita contact form on my website. I got an inquiry within an hour of putting it up! I am sure that is a coincidence but it was really convincing that I made the right choice.
Prospective Client Appointments
Allow your prospects visiting your website to schedule an appointment to meet with you in person or over the phone. This has been a very popular feature for my prospective clients, and it is super convenient for me. I can set up my vCita account when and where I am available to meet with clients. They can choose up to 3 different options, and then I can accept one of their options. It is a great time saver, and so far, there have not been any problems.
vCita service:
- Pop up contact form (plugin driven)
- Sidebar contact form code provided
- Contact form code for a page provided
- vCita website elements are customizable to your website colors and the text can read as you wish
- Scheduler can be set up within the vCita website
- Scheduling link can be added to your email signature
- vCita allows for paid meetings as well (uses PayPal)
- vCita can also run email campaigns (I have not used that feature)
vCita for my clients
I have purchased the Pro version and have the ability to offer the basic functions to my clients for them to try the features and see if they too get more website inquiries using the pop-up platform. Call me and let me know if you want to try the system. Other options are to click one of the links above and get your own account to try. I think you will be happy with the results. The Contact Form is free, and to add scheduling appointments through your website, the cost is 15.35 per month or 9.75 per month if paid annually.
