Dotty of Premium Websites, Inc. received one of the top recognition awards possible in the Lions for her efforts in spearheading the Charter of the new LEO Legends club here in Vancouver, WA. LEO Legends is a service club for kids ages 12-18 and is open to any teen in Clark County. Since its creation last September, it has completed over 300 service hours.
The LEO Legends was disbanded when the state service hours requirement to graduate from high school was removed.
