Starter Website Package
This is a website up to 5 pages that will include a Content Management System for easy maintenance once the website is published. It will include a contact form that will go to your email address. The website will be optimized for the main keywords in your industry, making it out perform your competition.
Our starter website package includes:
- Up to 5 Page Website
- Search Engine Optimization
- SPAM controlling (Captcha controlled) contact form
- Customized WordPress Theme
These websites are template based and will be customized with your logo, and color scheme.
You will need to provide:
- All Content – Text, Images, Logo, any Artwork
- All content needs to be non-copyrighted or you need to own the copyright
- Your own Hosting account and Domain name – about $75.00 per year
- Payment before starting your website
The Starter Business Package Price ~ $695.00 | additional Pages are $50.00 each

Premium Websites, LLC can help you to set up your profiles at different Social Media sites. If you have a profile already set up we will go in and optimize the profile so that you will get the more SEO benefit from the site. We will set up a separate email just for your Online Social Media activities so that you will not get a great deal more emails in your work inbox. The package includes setting up 3 different sites and linking them to your website (if possible with your site). It also includes linking the sites all together so that using them is more efficient and takes way less time.

This package is ongoing Social Media support. It will include 2 hours per month of Social Media activities. This can include setting up new Social Media Sites, adding to your existing profiles, friending and following people, checking and responding to social media emails (from the separate email set up in the first package), and any other necessary activities.

Monthly Website Maintenance Package
Having your site maintained on a monthly basis makes great business sense – keeping everything current from specials offered by your business to the text and image changes that occur throughout the year. There is nothing more disappointing than to find outdated information when current information about your business is what your customers are seeking. Premium Websites, LLC monthly maintenance package includes:
- Monthly Rate is $200.00 – If you pay annually you will get one month free!
- Installation of Google Analytics for Website Statistics
- Keyword and Meta Tag updates as searched keywords are always changing
- Off-Site Optimization – This includes Article posting and Social Networking sites. If YOU supply the article then I will post it in several different article sites to bring your site more traffic.
- Verify all Links
- Minor updates like text and image changes. Text changes and images need to be provided digitally to us
- Link Building
If Premium Websites, LLC did not create your website there will likely be a fee for On Site Optimization at first to give your site a “jump-start” with the Search Engines. Premium Websites, LLC will give you an estimate for the on-site optimization needed for your website. Once that is completed you are welcome to buy our monthly maintenance package.
Maintenance Package does not include Site Redesign, adding entire pages, database maintenance, or other time intensive changes. For those types of changes there is an hourly fee of $90.00 with a one hour minimum.
Monthly Maintenance Package ~ $200.00
Pay Annually and save $200.00
Off-Site Optimization is an ongoing process and the results multiply over time.
It is $200.00 per month. Your Credit Card will be automatically charged on this day each month. If this day falls on a weekend or holiday then your card will be charged on the following business day.
The starting prices do not include creating content for your website. Content is provided by the client. There will be an extra fee for content creation.

Having your Logo redrawn into a Vector image will allow your logo to be used at any size without loss of detail or resolution. The cost of this depends on the complexity of your logo design.
